The terrace is spacious and there is a dining area, sun loungers and lounge chairs. The silence is total and the villa is privately nestled in greenery. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equiped for cooking. We have solar panels installed for running the house. The space Karma Villa is a modern villa with stylish material choices. Walls in white painted cement, tiled floors, fully tiled bathrooms with shower, a large fully tiled pool of 6x3 m and natural stone on the terrace. Some details such as kitchen countertops are made of cement. The kitchen cabinets are made of teak and are custom-made to fit. The stove is powered by gas and the bar counter is specially ordered with epoxy recessed in a solid wooden board of acacia. When the large window section from the villa's living room/kitchen is opened, you have a fantastic view of the sea and Koh Nang Yuan. There are also mosquito nets for all opening windows and also the doors to the terrace. The villa has 3 bedrooms and each bedroom has a double bed and a private fully tiled bathroom with shower. In two of the bedrooms there are spacious wardrobes and in the third bedroom there is a cabinet and hanging space for clothes. One of the bedrooms is located upstairs and has a large bathroom, a private balcony and a café furniture. The living room and kitchen are in an open floor plan with an entrance and terrace door at each end. The living room has a corner sofa, TV - 65" and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well-equipped and adapted for cooking and with dishes for all guests. If you don't want to cook your food, there are several menus from restaurants on the island that run deliveries to the villa. Our housekeeper Win cooks your breakfast, which is included in the price, but also both lunch and dinner for a fee. In the evening, you can relax on the terrace, see how the daily activities slow down on Nang Yuan and in the water around with all the dive boats that drive home with day divers, pick up the night divers and last but not least, watch the amazing sunset. You will also find a minibar in the fridge that is refilled every day by our staff. It is paid at the time of check-out. The kitchen is fully equipped with what is needed for cooking and china for 6 guests, glasses and wine glasses. There is a kettle, toaster, mixer and Nespresso machine. Karma Luxury Villa is personally decorated with items from different parts of Asia. We offer You can book a diving or snorkeling tour during your stay. If you wish to book something else, you can ask Win for help. Win speaks good/understandable English. Our nice housekeeper Win does daily cleaning and makes your bedrooms as well as checks the pool and takes care of the outside. Otherwise, it is a self-catering household unless you choose to let Win cook for a fee. We offer free transfer on arrival and on departure from the pier. If you want to be picked up or dropped off somewhere else, it costs 300 baht. To get around the island, it's best to rent a scooter. There is a name and contact information for the rental company in our information book. She drops off and picks up the scooters at the villa. Villa inside + outside: 265 sqm Guest access Renting Karma Villa gives you access to the first and second floors. On the lower floor, we have a staff residence for the best service to our guests. Please respect that only those people who are registered as guests are allowed to stay overnight in the villa. We do not allow parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties in the villa. We also ask you to respect that we have neighbors and expect the noise level to be kept at a normal level. After 10:30 p.m., it should be quiet. Other things to note Our staff is there to primarily take care of the house. They take care of the garden, clean inside and out and make all the beds. They are also very service-oriented and are always helpful if you need any information about the island. Their English is not 100% fluent but it is usually no problem to understand each other.
