Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit that will be used to meet their basic needs (toilet paper, soap and shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area. Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00, and for arrivals after 20:00, there is a surcharge. Service restriction: Air conditioning in Italy is governed by a regulation that provides for a minimum temperature of 20° and a maximum of 22°. The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
