Welcome to our 2,200 sq. ft. Colorado Springs retreat with stunning Pikes Peak views. The back yard allows for lots of outdoor dining and grilling space, games on the year-round green lawn and sitting around the fire in the evening. The hot tub provides a relaxing place to unwind after your day of adventures. Only 20 minutes from downtown and the airport. 5 minutes from shopping, it's an ideal base for exploring Garden of the Gods and other scenic trails. Come unwind with us! The space This is our personal home that we rent out when we are out of town. The garage, master bedroom, laundry, and nursery will not be accessible but you will have the rest of the house to yourself. This includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, and all living room space listed above. The house is located centrally in the greater Colorado Springs area. Upstairs provides a Queen room, full bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room complete with 65 inch flat screen. This level has open access to the backyard, giving easy flow in and out. This is where you will find the grill, seating areas, fire pit and the 2-4 person hot tub. Downstairs you'll find two bedrooms, second full bathroom as well as the second living room complete with 65 inch flat screen. This is a great space for movie watching, game playing or a hang out for the kids. We would love to share our home with you while you visit Colorado Springs! Guest access Guests will access the property via the keyless entry lock. Details of this will be sent to you on booking. Other things to note Beautiful Colorado hiking, parks, and bluffs nearby at Palmer Park. Palmer Park is perfect for day hikes, city line views, sunset views, running, and wildlife spotting, and it has a fantastic mountain view of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods! All this is located within a 6-minute drive. If horseback riding is of interest, try taking a lesson at nearby horseback riding stables in Palmer Park. The nearest golf course is located only 8 minutes away, Cherokee Golf Course and 10 minutes to Colorado Springs Country club, and a few minutes further to Patty Jewett Golf Course. Horseback riding is also available in Garden of the Gods park. You are also, located 5 minutes from major restaurants, an IMAX movie theater, national gym facilities, and large shopping centers. Arrival from out of state is easy with a short 20-minute drive or Uber ride from the Colorado Springs Airport. There is off-street parking at the house of your convenience as well as the driveway. On entry, you will be greeted with a welcome pack complete with an information folder, giving you details of all the adventures, dining locations, and services on your doorstep.
