Just a short walk away from the beach & 15mins walk to Cwmdonkin Park, the haunt of Dylan Thomas You're only a few minutes away from a fantastic food in Swansea's great restaurants, a cocktail in the evening or spending the day shopping at many of the stylish shops. There's also plenty on offer for kids nearby including the fantastic waterpark. The space Finished to a high spec with beautiful shower and bath. The kitchen comes with all the mod cons, including a dishwasher and comes fully equipped whether you want to cook up a storm in the kitchen or bring home a takeaway. There's a cosy lounge with a 3 seater sofa bed, and gorgeous armchair and also a 4 seater dining table for breakfasts or dinners in. A travel cot and high chair available on request. Brand new TV with access to Netflix, Prime, YouTube and Freeview There is one double bedroom and one single bedroom. Both spacious rooms. There is a double sofa bed in the front room allowing us to host up to 5 people. Guest access You will have access to the whole flat. Access information and directions will be sent to you prior to your stay. Parking is available on the street, however this is limited to certain areas due to it being a residential area with some resident only parking permit bays. (These are obviously boxed off) We will provide hotel standard linen and towels after every stay, including some toiletries, and kitchen essentials. Other things to note No smoking or parties are allowed in this apartment.
