The space The space is quiet, clean and cozy inside and out. There is room for the whole family to enjoy together. Each room is designed for functionality and comfort. Smart tv's are in each bedroom and living room. This will allow you and your family to relax and catch up on your favorite shows before bed. The coffee table in the living room has a lift-top for your laptop. ***We offer cushioned cots for extra guest upon request. The lanai has plenty of seating for you and your family. Please respect our home as if it were your own. If you require anything else, please let us know so that we can meet your needs. We are very accommodating and strive to ensure our guests leave happy and wanting to return. Check-In not available until after 3pm unless you have messaged and received an all clear for early check-In RULES: NO WORK CREWS. Please do not smoke inside the home or on the lanai. Smoking is allowed outdoors. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately. INDOOR SMOKING WILL RESULT IN AN EXTRA FEE. Absolutely NO videography inside the premises. NO production companies. IMPORTANT! ***********All guests must be declared on the reservation, including full names, ages, and contact information. Every guest staying at the residence must have an AIRBNB membership (besides children) and must have passed AIRBNB screening (and have been authorized and declared on the AIRBNB reservation.************ The total number of guests in your reservation applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just guests staying overnight. If you have more guests over than your booking was made for, you will either be charged for the additional number of guests during your stay or your booking will be canceled immediately without refund. Guest access You’ll have the entire house to yourself except for the hallway closet and the garage. The carport and driveway will accommodate 2 cars. Please try to avoid parking in the yard as we do have sprinklers. If you anticipate having visitors over, please register them. Anything over 6 guests will be considered "unregistered guests" and will increase your total. Other things to note There is a guide book on the table that includes house rules if you missed it during your booking. The check-in and check-out times as well as local places to eat, play and relax. If you are a golfer, be sure to bring your clubs. There are multiple golf courses loacted in Highlands County. (Sebring Municipal Golf Course, Golf Hammock Golf Club, Highlands Ridge Golf Club-South, and Sebring Golf Links) If you are a fisher, bring your fishing rods and other water toys so that you can enjoy the countless lakes that are surrounding the area, but most of all the 9,212-acre Lake Jackson located in the center of Sebring. NOT RESPONSIBLE for items left behind. Please double check that you have everything before checking out! We have lawn maintenance once a week during the summer, bi-weekly during spring and winter. He comes by in the morning to take care of the yard. Pest control will come by every 3 months to spray the yard. LONG-TERM TENANTS- we do not allow mail to be delivered to the address. Grocery deliveries are fine. Otherwise there is a local post office and Amazon pickup. Lastly, pets that have been approved to come- ensure your pet stays off of furniture. Damages to furniture from pets will be charged.
