Country house with a pool and spectacular views

Newly built villa in a quiet area of Robledo de Chavela (Urbanización Río Cofio), with stunning 360º views with pool, garden and a west-facing terrace with incredible sunsets. Less than an hour from Madrid, this will be the ideal base to explore the wonders of this area, including the monumental San Lorenzo del Escorial and the beautiful trails and natural pools of the region. It's the ideal place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The space The house has 150 square meters of construction divided into: * A spacious living room with large windows and incredible 360º mountain views, with direct access to the terrace. * 3 bedrooms, 2 with 160*200 beds and the third with bunk beds. All bedrooms have direct access to/from the terrace. The third bedroom also has a desk where you can work. * There are 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) and 1 toilet. * Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, large capacity refrigerator, microwave, oven and complete kitchenware. In summer you can enjoy the almost infinite pool (open only from May to October) and the garden. The terrace has a table and chairs and a barbecue. Guest access The house is for the exclusive use of guests. In addition, you will have access, in the summer season, to the Rio Cofio Social Club with sports facilities and a Chiringuito. Other things to note The house is located in an extremely quiet place, so it is ideal for a few days of rest and relaxation and we ask that you take the utmost care to respect the peace of the neighbors of the surrounding houses. In the house rules we specify basic but very important rules of behavior for us and to maintain a good relationship with the neighbors.
