Located just one minute from Manzanita lake, the perfect distance for a romantic stroll down to the water, a lunchtime picnic, or to drop a line in the water!  A few minutes' drive to Bass Lake, Yosemite National Park, and the towns of Oakhurst and Coarsegold which have plenty of restaurants, shopping, and Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino.  You'll love the comfy king size bed, mountain light, beautiful views, and amazing deck with BBQ and seating area.  This is the PERFECT couples retreat or gal pal getaway.   Since this is located on a private residence, there is a feeling of safety and security, while still separate from the main residence.  Easy flat parking, Wifi, and local recommendations! We have a 100% response rate! We are available from 8am-9pm by messaging through the app or calling/texting the Customer Service phone number provided in your check-in instructions. The homeowners of the main residence do not manage this listing. While we’re not available in person, we do have amazing neighbors and friends in the area who can make themselves available if absolutely necessary. We will be available from 8-9 pm via text, call, or message. You'll be staying in an amazing neighborhood overlooking a creek and walking distance to Manzanita Lake where you'll find public BBQ, picnic tables, and restrooms. Close proximity to Yosemite National Park makes this a great launch pad for day trips, or stay behind and hang out at Manzanita or Bass Lake. The home is located on a property with a main residence, follow the paved driveway over to your private apartment and deck! You'll love everything about the Mountain View Apartment! There are two vacation rentals on this property. If you'd like to rent both, please let us know! We suggest guests move around in their own cars. Although ride share is available through Uber/Lyft. In the winter, tire chains are required. There is another Airbnb located on the property with a completely separate entrance. If you'd like to rent both, please let us know! There is a Tesla EV 240 volt charging port available for guest use! First come first serve.
