Relax with the whole family at this spacious & comfortable home. Features 5 bedrooms/3.5 baths. Also a family room w/pullout bed, TV & games. There’s an in-ground pool. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, beach, La Plácita, Bacardi distillery, Cataño Ferry. Being in the metro area there’s DoorDash Uber Eats, Uber available. For security we have cameras in the front of the property and one In the back of the property. Cameras **ARE NOT MONITORED** They are there for everyone’s safety. The space This two floor home offers 5 bedrooms a family room with pull out bed, games and a tv. Second floor private terrace where you can peek at the ocean. In the backyard you have a beautiful fenced in yard with a large pool for those hot Puerto Rico days. Outdoor games to keep the kiddos entertained. Fully stocked kitchen. For those beach days we have towels, chairs, coolers and umbrellas. For security, property has a camera in the front and one in the back. Cameras are **NOT MONITORED**. The home is in a Caribbean Island, unfortunately the power grid is not the most reliable. We do have solar panels with back-up batteries, ACs must be turned off when power goes out. Also, you will most likely meet some of the many local inhabitants. Like Tito the mosquito, we have screened windows, repellent and bi-monthly visits from pest control but Tito always manages to invite himself in. Then there’s Mr Wizard the lizard. Harmless as can be, just likes to hang around and meet new people. We also have Mr Brewster the Rooster, who doesn’t realize some people are on vacation. We do provide earplugs for those that are light sleepers. ***There are cameras on the outside of the property only, this is for your safety as well as ours. Cameras are NOT monitored**
