This spacious 5-bed, 3 bath getaway offers a sparkling pool, sun-soaked lounging areas, and a cozy family room with sofa bed, TV, and games. Perfectly located near gorgeous beaches, top restaurants, La Placita nightlife, the Bacardí Distillery, and the Cataño Ferry. Uber and food delivery make everything easy. Security cameras (front/back) are for safety only and not monitored. The space This two floor home offers 5 bedrooms a family room with pull out bed, games and a tv. Second floor private terrace where you can peek at the ocean. In the backyard you have a beautiful fenced in yard with a large pool for those hot Puerto Rico days. Outdoor games to keep the kiddos entertained. Fully stocked kitchen. For those beach days we have towels, chairs, coolers and umbrellas. For security, property has a camera in the front and one in the back. Cameras are **NOT MONITORED**. Our home is equipped with solar panels and back-up batteries to keep things comfortable. If the power goes out, we kindly ask that AC units be turned off so the battery system can function properly. 🦟🐓 Local Visitors You May Meet Puerto Rico has some colorful characters who love to say hello: • Tito the Mosquito – We have screened windows, repellent and regular pest control… but Tito is determined to make an appearance anyway. • Mr. Wizard the Lizard – Completely harmless and loves to sunbathe. • Mr. Brewster the Rooster – He doesn’t always understand “vacation mode,” so he may greet the morning a bit early. For our light sleepers, earplugs are provided. 📸 Security Cameras For everyone’s safety, outdoor cameras only are installed at the front and back of the home. They are NOT monitored.
