On the ground floor: professionally equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, worktop, hobs, microwave), living room (TV, DVD, CD, wood stove), veranda with dining room and relaxation area (billiards, kicker) 2 Wc" s. 1st floor: 5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 x bunk bed, 3 bedrooms with 2 x 1 pers.) + 1 dormitory (2 x bunk beds + 2 x bunk beds of 3 levels) Private sauna, 2 bathrooms each with bath/shower and WC, 3 separate showers with washbasin and 1 WC. The beer tap is decorative (does not work) The dining room can welcome up to 40 people. Free Wi-Fi and pets allowed. Large terrace with garden furniture and table tennis. Central heating. Tenants can use all the facilities of the park: shared outdoor swimming pool (open June-July-August), playground, tennis court, DVD loan. Reopening of the indoor swimming pool of Durbuy planned for Saturday 1 April (for a fee at the swimming pool counter) Bathing cap and swimming trunks required (no shorts). The swimming pool is owned by the municipality of Durbuy. The landlord is not responsible for any closure or change of the timetable.
