My place is also within walking distance to one of the Hamptons best waterfront restaurants- so no worries about having a drink and getting home. The space This house not only has a private sandy beach right on Shinnecock bay in the back yard but it also has its own private patio area with a fire pit and adirondack chairs to relax and make some s’mores over the fire. There is also a deck right off the back of the house too where you can bbq and relax while watching the boats pass by. Amazing views. The Shinnecock Hills Golf Club is just a short 9min. drive from the house- perfect for anyone attending the US Open in June 2026. The main town is just down the road, there you will find a grocery store, Starbucks, bagel cafe, rite aid, 7-11, bank/ATM, pizzeria, farmers market and more. There are many local outdoor activities to do such as walking on the beach, walking through town, jet skiing, paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, golfing, mini golf and visiting local vineyards such as wolffer estates. Just over the Ponquogue bridge is the ocean- at the ocean there are lifeguards, restrooms, a snack bar and outdoor showers- daily passes are sold at the entrance. You could also visit the Montauk Lighthouse, The Sag Harbour Whaling and Historical Museum, Splish Splash Waterpark, The Children’s Museum of the East End, The Atlantis Marine World/Long Island Aquarium or take the Sag Harbor ferry to Shelter Island for the day.
