We are always free to help! This home is in a working class townhome neighborhood. Please note, this is not a white picket fenced gated community type area. Some of the townhomes look cute, some need a pressure wash. All the neighbors are cool (especially ours) but you may see people leave their trash cans out too long etc. You can park in the driveway to the right of the house or in the cul de sac Please note: -We love our neighborhood and neighbors, but please note this is a townhome neighborhood and we have no control on the presentation of the area. You may see people who leave their trans cans out too long, you may see people who need to pressure wash or cut their grass etc. if that bothers you then this may not be a good fit for you -Pool and Gym: We have a relationship with a country club through which guests can book day passes. The club is 20 minutes away from the house. Please note: the admission to the club is NOT included in the booking price, bookings must be made in advance, and additional rules may apply. -we make an effort to ensure the house is safe, but it may not be ideal for families with very young crawling babies -we have our home professionally maintained by pest control services, but this is still the south and we live below sea level. Depending on the season you may see a bug. Please understand this isn't a cleanliness issue, just a reality in the deep south :) -we do not allow smoking/vaping, or unauthorized guests or pets. Any violation of this rule will result in a $1000 fine. -we allow maximum 2 pets, and they must be added in your booking request. Unauthorized pets will result in a $1000 fine/per day -unauthorized guests will result in a $100 fine/per day
