Everything is updated and you'll have full access to kitchen, living, dining, and bedrooms with AC (both). Pureit Wave Water Filter installed for clean and safe drinking water. Please note the apartment is in 4th floor and doesn't have a lift/elevator. Guest access The whole apartment is accessible to guests besides one locked storage room. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with WiFi and IPS along with Pureit Water filer system and ACs. However, no elevator/lift is available.
