This house is sheltered with nature and is well suited for fishing and diving. The house is located a few hundred meters from the lake and the archipelago. The house has all you need of equipment. Large plot and large free parking space. Nearby is a grocery store, restaurant, harbor, hiking opportunities, boat rental and fishing spots. The space The house has 3 floors, Main floor contains a vestibule, hallway, a bedroom with a 150 cm double bed, a 90 cm bunk bed, bathroom and kitchen-living room. There is, among other things, a coffee machine, 75 "TV and a speaker in the house. There is a porch in front and behind the house. The attic is a large room with a partially separate bedroom. Contains a 160 cm bed. An 80 cm bed where the lower part of the bed can be pulled out so that it becomes an extra 80 cm bed. A sofa that can be turned into a sofa bed. Downstairs in the basement there is access to storage, freezer and washing machine. There is also a bedroom in the basement with a 120 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. Nice and large outdoor area for relaxation in the garden and play for the children. Sunny plot. Lounge chairs can be found in the pedestal. There is a separate black binder in the house for tips for trips, excursions etc. You must clean and tidy up after yourself when you leave. Dry over surfaces such as in the bathroom, kitchen and living room. Vacuum the floors. Wipe and wash away stains and leftovers after you that can be in the fridge and bathroom. You will find vacuum cleaner and cleaning items in progress/kitchen/ bathroom. You can arrange certain consumables yourself as toilet paper. When it comes to heating, use electricity and or firewood as appropriate. Garbage is thrown away, and you dispose of garbage in recreational renovation at Kvenvær center/school. There are duv and pillows in the house. Washcloths are placed by the washing machine in the basement after use. There are two fire pits outside that you can use for a fire. Please do not light a fire on rock or any other space on the property. If you move furniture, put it back. If you need charging for an electric car, there is an outlet outside. You will then use your own emergency charger to charge.
