Drive to the end of the road and park in the cul-de-sac and walk to the beach. 2bdrms downstairs and 2 bdrms upstairs. Dog Friendly~with $250 NR pet fee per dog. If you do not add the per pet fee of $250/per pet in the quote, then the quote will need to be readjusted. A pet addendum will accompany the lease from Crowley Assoc., that will need to be returned with our lease. Pet addendum will be sent with lease and will need to be returned to Crowley. Please Note: There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement. Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information. In addition, VRBO policy is not able to collect the Henlopen Acres accommodations tax of 6.5% This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable directly to Crowley via check, debit or credit card. Effective Jan 1, 2025 a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of De in addition to the municipality accommodations tax (currently 6.5% in Henlopen Acres) that is required which is not collected by VRBO so will need to be paid directly to Crowley Assoc.
