The space The 2 bedroom villa of Aroa with a 80 m² surface is divided in two different levels and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. It is furnished with modern and minimal elements, always with comfort and functionality as a priority. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped open kitchen with an island, a living room with a sofa, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a queen bed and open closet. The oak stair from the ground floor towards the 1st floor leading to an open loft master bedroom with a queen bed. You will love sleeping under the sloping roof. Guest access The 4 villas are part of a small ecological accommodation. They share a private plot of 40,000 m2, with north and east orientation. The villas are located at an altitude of 600 meters from the sea, right above the port of Agios Nikolaos. The village of Volimes is 5 km away, a distance covered in 8 minutes by car. It is essential to have a car, preferably a 4x4.
