The space The living room space on the first floor offers comfortable seating to lounge and a family friendly play space. A cabinet by day allows for generous space until guests are ready for a comfortable rest in a fully accessible queen size murphy bed. The open full kitchen allows guests to enjoy meals while socializing. Whether you are enjoying a breakfast for two or a dinner for four, the kitchen table offers a lovely garden view. A small, quiet office area provides a private work space if desired. A custom built ship ladder leads to a 2nd bedroom in loft with a comfortable queen bed. Guests feel like they are up in the trees with a great window view in the loft. Fully accessible for wheel chair access with ramp and wide entrance. Open kitchen and queen bed fully accessible. Guest access Guests have access to ponds, stream and hiking trails around this 26 acre property. Lots of back yard green space for children to play. Autumn offers New England's famous fall colors to view. Other things to note Two queen beds sleep four comfortably. Guests may request a twin bed in advance that can be provided by the host.
