Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Mesa, within a short drive to the best shopping, dining and entertainment in the valley. Located near the 202 and 20 minutes from the PHX airport. *$40 per night charge for *heated pool if requested. Guest access Guest access is provided through a smart lock system that can be accessed via August app or pin pad. Other things to note The pool when *heated is heated to 86 degrees. When temperatures are below 55 degrees Fahrenheit, we can not guarantee pool heat due to the cool weather. A charge of $40 per night is charged for pool heat October through April. We do not provide access to the garage.
