Welcome to Emerald Isle! Our studio is located walking distance to the Beach! Just 0.4 mile/10 minute walk to a private beach access. Take a 6 minute walk to EI Woods Park, go fishing or walk the trails. Cozy and clean studio, bottom level apartment featuring 1 Queen & 1 Full bed, kitchenette, hot water outdoor shower, picnic table, walk/ride your bike, or rent a golf cart from a local business. 1 spot parking space. Smell the salty air or hear the ocean waves from our family friendly space! The space This is a family-friendly home. Upstairs Level is available for our Family, but when you book, we may not be upstairs that week (send me a request). No pets allowed. Children/Infant friendly. Studio is super clean. It’s a very cozy space! Your entrance is on the left side of the home, private entrance with Keypad. Outdoor shower is right outside, very convenient to rinse off those Sandy toes! Not much natural light in the studio which makes it perfect for relaxing, and taking long naps! Early mornings the sound of the ocean and birds is all you may hear. In the evenings we do have some visitors in the yard, multiple Deer in groups of 4 sometimes 8. Browsing around the property, as well are raccoons and squirrels. One Queen size, one full . Full size mattress is soft. We offer a white noise speaker. FYI: Our Private beach access does not offer bathrooms, but there is a paid parking entrance down the road, Western Ocean Regional Access (on Islander Drive) (which offers a Volleyball Net, bathrooms) Each level in the home has its own thermostat, you can control your temperature to your needs, we just ask to set 2 degrees up or down at a time, to be gentle to the unit and allow it to set with less stress. Other things to note *You can control your Temperature, heating or cooling. *We can accommodate an extra person if is a kid. Contact Host for approval and fee. *No Smoking/Vaping indoor or on our outdoor premises. Charges/Penalties: $300 for Smoking inside
