Welcome to Gambetta! This charming and comfortable apartment, sleeping up to 4 people, is ideally located in Luc-sur-Mer, a charming coastal town in Normandy. Just a short walk to the beach and shops, it's a great place to come and spend your weekends or vacations! This place is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service that listens to its guests. The space The apartment is located on the first floor without elevator access. Recently renovated, you will enter the living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (bring sheets). No TV. You can also enjoy a small balcony (with small table and 2 deckchairs) overlooking the building's common courtyard. The separate kitchen includes: - Refrigerator/freezer - Stovetop - Oven - Microwave - Toaster -Water boiler - Tassimo coffee machine - Dishes - Washing machine Shower room with toilet and sink. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed as well as a room with a desk ideal for working. Included: linens (towels, sheets for the double bed, dish towels, bath mat), welcome kit including: a roll of toilet paper, sponges, dishwashing liquid and a garbage bag. For the remainder of the stay, we'll let you buy what you need. Guest access The listing is located on the first floor, you will need to take stairs to access it. You will have a set of keys and the place to yourselves. Check-in is normally from 4pm onwards. Check-out is until 10 a.m. at the latest.
