Maximun adults is 8 no hosting of any parties This has also has a home office to accommodate todays lifestyle. There are 2 1/2 baths and a laundry room. All bed linens and towels are supplied. the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, pot, pans etc. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house if there are additional cars they can park at the ferry. This home is supplied with 2 kayaks 2 paddleboards 2 bicycles beach chairs and beach umbrella Guest access 2 parking spots, others will have to park at the ferry Other things to note please bring your own beach towels, our towels are not to be used outdoors or leave the premises
