No pets have ever been in this property nor smoking permitted so rest assured that your will find everything clean and immaculate with attention to detail. Skiview is owned and managed by hospitality professionals. The space You will be conveniently located right opposite the slopes of Camelback Resort/Ski area and water parks (indoor Aquatopia and outdoor Camelbeach). Close to many restaurants, several grocery stores, several hair/nail salons, liquor store and the Crossings Outlet shopping center. A list of our favorite restaurants and directions are listed in the house guest book together with takeaway menus and other activities information. There are many restaurants with outdoor seating areas in summer. We will make recommendations during your stay. A restaurant recommendation list will be emailed to guests who make a booking. The property sleeps 3 couples in 3 kings bedrooms. 2 have tempur-pedic mattresses. We can squeeze one or two more on the sofa bed in the entertainment level however it is preferred that the maximum is 6 adults. Well behaved teens are welcome. Under no circumstances are toddlers or pets allowed so please do not ask. The quality of the furnishings and fabrics are simply unsuitable for pets or small children. No student or prom rentals are accepted. Lead Guest must be 25 years old or over. Minimum stay of 3 nights. No smoking, wild parties or fireworks are permitted. No cooking with curry nor french frying of any nature is permitted due to the open plan architecture and for the enjoyment of future guests. Guest access The entire property is yours. 2 parking spaces are provided right in front of the door. Additional parking is available. Other things to note Breakfast items, a snack selection, a modern fruit arrangement and bottle of rosé bubbly await our guests on arrival. Nespresso capsules and ground coffee as well as basic accompaniments are supplied. There are 2 Nespresso machines, one drip/filter machine and a percolator for coffee lovers. We added a pro Vitamin for smoothies and cocktails. This property is very clean and well managed. It is furnished to the highest standard. Guests are expected to treat it like it is theirs and leave it in the same condition they found it. Our community pool is open this summer from 11th June 2021 until 6th Sept 2021. Our tennis courts are also open for 1 hour sessions! Guests must bring own equipment. This is a perfect place to unwind and relax after months of lockdown and uncertainty. The property is located right opposite an indoor and out door waterpark with hiking trails at Camelback resort which has loads of out door activities for every age. We have added Ping Pong/Table Tennis, a Tornado T3000 Pro Foosball and 9 ft Shuffleboard to our entertainment level in the house for everyone's enjoyment.
