Come and enjoy the countryside in the heart of the Hameau Toucheboeuf, located in the North Rhone Valley, between Lyon St Etienne and Valence. Winegrower in the center of the Condrieu and Saint-Joseph appellations, I welcome you in a self-contained house that adjoins my cellar. You can discover the charm of the stone, surrounded by the animals of the estate and enjoy the wine atmosphere. This peaceful accommodation is made up of 3 floors of 30 m2 including a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. The space On the ground floor the accommodation has a living room with kitchen, ideal for sharing a good time. There is a dining table and a small bar. Board games are available and of course a small bottle of natural wine to spend time on rainy days. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a small desk, a washing machine, a bathroom and a toilet. The second floor and a dormitory area with a 140 cm bed and two single beds. Guest access Guests can take advantage of the garden house equipped with a kitchen, bar and barbecue area. There's also an outdoor shower to cool off.
