You will have everything you should need to enjoy a holiday with family and friends in a thriving location, with four delightful bedrooms, an open-plan living space and a private garden with a BBQ. Should you wish to explore the area, the house is within walking distance to Harbour Beach, Warren Beach and Abersoch Beach with its elegant local shops and divine restaurants, so you will never be short of entertainment and fantastic days out. Step inside the bright and welcoming entrance hall and into the open-plan living room and kitchen where you will enjoy a comforting home from home feeling from the moment you arrive. After a day at the seaside, the L-shaped sofa is the perfect place to relax and unwind with your favourite programme on the Smart TV, while the kitchen is complete with all the essentials to prepare delicious feasts. You will have access to a dishwasher, a gas hob and electric oven, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine/tumble dryer and a six-seater dining table which is located in the adjoining conservatory. The ground floor is complete with a convenient shower room. Venture upstairs to the first floor where you will find three beautiful bedrooms, each designed with seascape décor and sumptuous soft furnishings. The first bedroom features a king-size bed and a small balcony with views of The Boatyard, the second bedroom is complete with a bunk bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. Another flight of stairs leads to the fourth bedroom with a further king-size bed, while all bedrooms have access to the shared family bathroom on the first floor. Outside, there is a private and enclosed patio, a real suntrap, with modern outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a BBQ for alfresco dining in the summer months. Guest access You will be given access to the key box for a flexible check-in. Other things to note Sustainability We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays. Keep in mind Check-in: from 16:00 Check-out: by 10:00 Opposite the house is a boatyard and during the peak weeks and on sunny days the boats are being taken in and out throughout the day. Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel. Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement. No smoking/vaping Please keep noise to a minimum 1 dog is permitted with an additional fee of £50 Children of all ages are welcome
