Enjoy the beautiful backyard, above ground pool, hot tub and patio, and a great space for a family cookout and evening campfires! The space This place has lots to offer, the inside is spacious and perfect for larger groups. There’s a beautiful patio out back, perfect for evening cookouts, soaking in the hot tub or just relaxing around the campfire! There’s also an above ground pool that is available seasonal ( mid May to mid September, depending on the weather) this is private and only for our guests! Garage: Room to park one vehicle Gym equipment 1st floor: -kitchen/ fully stocked, counter table with 4 chairs -dining room with table and 6 chairs -lounge area with sofa and chairs -living room with plenty of room to relax -kids toy room -laundry room with washer and dryer -full bathroom 2nd floor: - Master bedroom with king bed, love seat, dresser for storage, full bath -bedroom #2 with queen bed -bedroom #3 with king bed and twin size trundle bed -full bath Towels and linens are provided Outside area: -trails to walk -above ground pool -4 seat hot tub -patio with table and chairs -Blackstone grill, propane provided -firepit, firewood provided Guest access You’ll have access to the entire house except the basement Other things to note Please no trespassing on neighboring properties. There is a pond on the property next to this one, please supervise children at all times when they are outside
