Cottage in Collonges-sous-Salève

Welcome to Chalet Le Panorama! As its name suggests, it enjoys panoramic views: Salève and rising sun in the East, Jura and setting sun in the West, Lake Geneva and Jet d 'eau in the North. We rarely rent it, which is why we leave most of our belongings there, and want to rent it to trusted people, according to the exchanges we will have. It only has one bathroom but by organizing well it allows a very pleasant stay. The space Several things make our cottage unique. The central living room around which all the living rooms revolve, on half-levels and without corridors (entrance, kitchen, veranda, bedrooms and bathroom). From the parking lot, kitchen, veranda and garden, we enjoy stunning views of Geneva, the Jet d'Eau, Lake Geneva, the Salève, the Jura and Mount Sion. There is a beautiful wooded garden, full of smells, colors and birdsong. A pergola and a terrace for outdoor dining... As explained in the description, we rarely rent our cottage. So all our personal belongings will be there, it's our home, it's our privacy. We've turned off Instant Book because we want to build a relationship of trust with potential tenants via in-app messages before we make our decision. All rooms in the house are flexible, we can equip them as needed. I would say that the only adaptation is that there is only one bathroom (and no separate toilet), which may require a little organization, patience and a lot of love within the family... or friends. But the rest of the house is so nice that it may be worth it! (The following message is only for the summer period:) As for the cat, since boarding stays are too traumatic for him, we may leave him, we'll see. On the other hand, it is discreet and autonomous, we will explain! Finally, there are a few other small details that we will talk to you about by exchanging, or that we will record in a short guide... Guest access The entire accommodation will be accessible. Other things to note Our geographical position offers you privileged access to the city as well as nature, the lake as well as the mountains, all the entertainment possible as well as the most absolute calm, etc.
