A stone's throw from the source of the Fréjo, the Héric gorges, numerous lakes and hiking trails, and the village of Olargues. Ideal for 6 or 12 people. 🌄🌿🏡☀️🏞️🌙🫂🥂🧘🌰🚵🍄‍🟫🥾 The space This spacious and relaxing 250 m² house consists of: - 1 large terrace sheltered and secured by a glass railing overlooking a magnificent view. - 1 mezzanine bedroom with secure terrace, shower room and toilet. + 1 extra bed. - 3 bedrooms including a bathroom (bathtub and shower) and a toilet on the 1st floor. - 1 bedroom on the ground floor. In total, 5 bedrooms with double bed + 1 extra bed. - 1 Fully-equipped Kitchen offering multiple appliances: Air Fryer, Cookeo, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, Delonghi Rivelia grinder coffee maker with beans, dishwasher... - 1 spacious and cozy living room with large, bright bay windows overlooking the terraces. A washing machine is available for your use. You can easily park right in front of the house. Whether you come in a small group or with a large family, Le Petit Arbre de l'amitié adapts to your stay. The house offers enough space for everyone to find their own quiet corner, while still being able to easily get together to enjoy good times. 🥾🚵 The accommodation is located near hiking trails and a pleasant scenic path that will lead you to the village of Olargues, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, where you will find all the shops as well as charming craft stores (less than 10 minutes by car). 🏞️🏊 Natural swimming spots nearby: close to the Source du Fréjo (a natural waterfall and source of cool water less than 10 minutes away by car), the Gorges d'Héric, and the lakes of La Raviège and Laouzas. 🐕Pets are welcome, with a large natural area behind the house that is ideal for walking them! Whether you are looking for rest, swimming in the river, hiking, or a vacation with family or friends, this house is ideal for exploring the Hauts-Cantons de l'Hérault! Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, as well as the outdoor areas, including the large terrace and the natural area at the back of the house. You can park for free and easily in front of the house. You have the option to rent the entire house for stays of a few days or a week.
