Statesboro Home Away

This home is perfect for a family! The centrally located property leaves you close to what you are looking for in Statesboro. It is just a few minutes from downtown, from GSU, from shopping, restaurants, and more! Awaiting you is a comfortable living room and dining room, and three cozy bedrooms with one queen bed, one full bed, and two twin beds. Add a clean bathroom and a fully functional kitchen for the full home experience! This home is sanitized with a fogging service between each stay. The space Our little 1,046 sqft bungalow was built in the 1950’s; it has been renovated and also “lived in.” It is very clean and has the original windows and hardwood floors! We are pleased to offer guests the entire inside of the house, and the backyard. We are working on making the back porch an additional relaxing spot for our guests in the future. There is carport parking, walking distance to theYMCA, and we are located approximately a mile from GSU. The fenced-in backyard is perfect for hanging out around the fire pit or eating outside at the table! There are some quirks with the light switches/fans, but they are labeled and are easy to maneuver. The kitchen is fully functional. We have cooking supplies, coffee, creamer, and everything you should need in a kitchen. Guest access You can access the whole inside of the house, and the carport. The back porch is not yet ready for use, but the fenced in backyard is waiting for you with a fire pit and picnic table! Other things to note Please do not park on the grass! We have lawn care that arrives once a week and needs access to effectively cut the grass. The carport and driveway can fit 3 cars, plus there’s space along the street. In addition, the next door neighbor graciously offers her driveway for even more convenient parking. She will likely tell you so when her cute friendly dog runs over to meet you 😆 There's a small first aid kit in the bathroom cabinet, as well as a basket of toiletry items in case you forget something. There are extra blankets in the bedroom closets. Dishes, toaster, and coffee are in the upper kitchen cabinets, and pots, pans, skillets and cooking supplies are in the kitchen drawers and below the oven. If you use the stainless steel frying pans, please use plenty of oil (provided) so that food doesn't stick. There are also some cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink, should you need them. You can take trash bags out front to the green polycart by the telephone pole. Please no parties or extra guests. There are many apps on the Roku TV. You can sign into your own accounts for tv streaming.
