The studio is located less than 150m from Yamba Main Beach, the Pacific Hotel and the town of Yamba itself. The space Yamba Views Studio is a light filled studio apartment with kitchenette, small dining table, double bed and views spanning over Iluka. The studio is small but includes a double bed, kitchenette with full size fridge, stove, cooking and diningware, dining table for two, wardrobe, ensuite, ceiling fan, airconditioning and TV. You will need to walk through a communal kitchen to access this studio, but once you are inside it's calm and very private. Bed and bathroom linen and basic essentials are provided including luxury Leif bathroom products, meaning you can truly kick of your shoes and settle into your holiday as soon as you arrive. You'll have easy access to the shared laundry located within the property with laundry detergent provided. There is no parking allocated to this studio, however there is free and unlimited on street parking out the front. We invite you to enjoy our BBQ area with weber BBQ and views over the township of Yamba and the Clarence River. This BBQ area is situated next to a lovely grassed area with chairs and tables, perfect for reading or eating your meals with views across Yamba. The cleaning fee for this property includes a full professional clean and linen hire. Guest access The Yamba Views Studio is located on the top floor of Yamba Views Accommodation complex. You will need to take two flights of stairs to reach the apartment. When you arrive, you'll walk through the communal kitchen used by some of the occupants of other studio apartments to access the property from the balcony. Once you are inside, your studio oasis is calm, peaceful and quiet. Other things to note Please no parties and be courteous to other guests. The entire building is no smoking so sorry if you are a smoker best to book elsewhere. You will need to be able bodied to access this property as there are two flights of stairs.
