This beautiful home is located just minutes from Downtown Charlotte. Plenty of space for the family or small group of friends. Two Queen beds and a sofa. TVs in both bedrooms, as well as a large flat screen TV in the living room. Come, Relax and Enjoy your stay at our Charlotte Uptown Retreat. The space NOTE: This rental is the front half of the house ONLY. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, a Living Room, and a Kitchen. Within this rental, everything listed above is private to you. Only you and your guests will have access to these rooms. However, the back half of the house is our rental also. There may be other guests renting the back half of the house. The back half of the property is totally blocked off from your rental. However, due to the close proximity of the rentals, we do have a few "House Rules". They are: 1. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF YOUR NOISE LEVELS, AS THERE MAY BE OTHER GUESTS RENTING THE UNIT(S) ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HALLWAY DOOR. 2. NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND. $500 Fine for Violating this Policy 3. NO LARGE GATHERINGS OR PARTIES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL This includes gathering in the street, driveway, and front porch This may result in your reservation being canceled without refund for unused days/nights. 4. PLEASE RESPECT THE OWNER'S PROPERTY AND TAKE EXTREME CARE DURING YOUR STAY. Please Enjoy Your Stay With Us. There is a parking area in the back, but it is reserved for guests who may be renting the back half of the house.
