"Le Châtel Bourgeois" House in the Heart of the Village

Enjoy a completely renovated family home in the heart of the village "Le Châtel Bourgeois" 2 minutes' walk from its 13th century collegiate church and close to all shops. Located between Auxerre, Joigny and Chablis, 5 km from the A6 highway exit and 150 km from Paris and close to many tourist sites and villages of this beautiful region. There are several parking lots very close by, but you do have the option to park in front of the accommodation to unload your vehicle. The space The cottage sleeps 6 people, and upon request, we can provide you with baby equipment free of charge (a cane stroller, an umbrella bed, a high chair and a booster seat).  Warm and functional You will find all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, a workspace with very high speed Fiber internet access. No smoking. Night Space  Upstairs, two warm and cozy bedrooms await you with quality bedding and neat decor. One bedroom with one double bed 140 x 190 and one bedroom with two singles 90 x 190. The stay  A double sofa bed, a TV with all smart TV services (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime...) as well as DVDs to dive into cult movies. The terrace You can have breakfast on the terrace which is in direct access from the living room, in a closed and secure courtyard without vis-à-vis. The office  A dedicated workspace with very high speed wifi is available for your use. Bathroom Spacious bathroom with towels available as well as toiletries. There is also a storage space with a hanging rack. The property also has two separate toilets (ground floor and shower room). Finally, you can find documentation on places to discover in this beautiful region as well as information about tastings that you can do in our wine Burgundy, a hot spot for quality wines! Guest access A secure key box will allow you to arrive independently and you will have access to the entire house.
