Our home home is close to 2 parks, bike trails, and top attractions like The Lights on Sheyenne, Scheels Arena, and West Acres. LIVING SPACES: The open-concept upstairs living room features a leather sofa, oversized chairs, and a 55" Roku TV. A downstairs family room offers a cozy sectional and another Roku TV—perfect for movie nights. KITCHEN & DINING: A fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig duo coffee maker, cookware, and essentials. The dining area seats four, with two extra barstool seats. A highchair is available for free. BEDROOMS: Primary (Upstairs): King bed, Roku TV, workspace, walk-in closet, and blackout blinds. Basement Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Roku TV, spacious closet, blackout blinds. Basement Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, Roku TV, spacious closet, blackout blinds. All rooms have charging stations, portal fans, and extra blankets. A pack-n-play is provided for free. BATHROOMS: Two full baths (one upstairs, one downstairs) stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The upstairs bath features a garden tub. You will also find a hair dryer and first aid kit in the upstairs bathroom. OUTDOOR SPACE: Step onto the deck with a patio dining set and propane grill—perfect for summer BBQs! Book today and enjoy your home away from home! Guest access • Enjoy full access to the house during your stay, including the heated two-stall garage. • There is a linen closet located in the basement we keep locked for cleaning supplies. We also keep the door under the stairwell locked as it houses the water heater and sump pump. • I will message you the day before your arrival with all the check-in details including the address and keycode to access the house. Please note this keycode ONLY works on the front door. • The side door off of the garage automatically locks after 10 minutes. You are unable to re-access through this door if locked. Please be sure to know your access code for the front door for entry into the home. Other things to note Please remember you're staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP. For non-emergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart. • All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with parents. • There are two exterior security cameras on the property. One facing the side street off the front door and one facing the driveway. These are for your protection and to ensure our cleaners and handymen have prepared the property for you. If you touch or tamper with either of the cameras you will be asked to leave immediately. • No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond my control. • Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $250 plus an additional cleaning fee and you will be asked to leave immediately. • We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and coffee. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay. PARKING: You may use the garage for your parking needs. It is fully heated during the winter months so we ask that you keep the garage door closed at all times. There is room for additional parking in the driveway. Please note that we do share this space with the neighbor attached to us, so please only utilize our half of the unit for parking. If additional parking is needed you are able to park along the side the road on 50th avenue. LICENSE #: L23RP-0308
