Just a few blocks from Ocean Beach, Golden Gate Park, and the stunning Lands End Trail, you’re perfectly situated for coastal hikes, park strolls, and beach sunsets. Balboa Street is right nearby, packed with cozy cafés, great restaurants, and even a vintage movie theater that locals love. The space is a private, first-floor room with its own entrance, thoughtfully designed for travelers who plan to explore by day and recharge at night. It’s compact but complete, featuring: A comfy queen bed Smart TV for streaming Mini-fridge and microwave for snacks and light meals A newly remodeled walk-in shower Dyson fan/air purifier for comfort and white noise This is a no-frills but well-cared-for space that’s ideal for solo adventurers or light-traveling couples. It’s not a hotel or a full apartment, it's a cozy city base in a quiet, safe, and authentic neighborhood. There is no room for a desk or table. Luggage can go under the bed or behind the curtain, and there are some hangers behind the curtain and near the light switch. You’ll also have: Free street parking (availability varies, check signage for street cleaning) Direct bus access around the corner for easy trips to downtown A quick 10-minute drive to the Golden Gate Bridge A few things to keep in mind before booking: The room is small and best for travelers who pack light. The room Itself is 12.5 X 9.5 feet with an additional small, but well designed remodeled bathroom. There’s no full kitchen, just a mini-fridge and microwave. This room is located in a historic 3-story home (built in 1908). You may hear normal household sounds from upstairs, we do our best to be quiet and respectful. We ask all guests to be mindful of noise and neighbors. This is a peaceful area and we love keeping it that way.
