Our charming residence has a large private garden and a lemon grove overlooking the wonderful Gulf of Salerno. The place, conveniently located a few kilometers from Salerno, is ideal for relaxation, contact with nature and exploration of the nearby coastal towns (Amalfi, Ravello, Positano) as well as the ancient cities of Paestum and Pompeii. The space The villa is divided into 3 levels. On the ground floor, there is a large living room, a spacious fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large table, and a comfortable outdoor bathroom. The large garden, with a furnished terrace with a breathtaking, unique and evocative view, represents the excellence of the villa. On the first floor, in addition to a study/office area, there are 2 bedrooms with single beds, a full bathroom, and another spacious separate shower. The second floor has a large bedroom with 1 double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and another large terrace with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Salerno. A crib/travel cot can be provided free of charge upon request. The property is completed by two/three private outdoor parking spaces, included in the rental price, available to guests. Guest access You will have access to the entire villa with garden and outdoor spaces. Other things to note There is private parking on the property. Fire extinguishers and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors are also installed on the property. The entire property has a fast wi-fi line and an extender for outdoor areas.
