Our charming residence has a large private garden and a lemon grove overlooking the wonderful Gulf of Salerno. The place, conveniently located a few kilometres from Salerno, is ideal for relaxation, contact with nature and exploration of the nearby coastal towns (Amalfi, Ravello, Positano) as well as the ancient cities of Paestum and Pompeii. The space The villa is spread over 3 levels. On the ground floor, there is a large living room, a spacious fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large table and a comfortable outdoor bathroom. The large garden, with a furnished terrace with a breathtaking, unique and evocative view, is the villa's excellence. On the first floor, in addition to a study/office area, there are 2 bedrooms with single beds, a full bathroom and another spacious separate shower. The second floor has a large bedroom with 1 double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and another large terrace with a splendid view of the Gulf of Salerno. A cot/travel cot can be provided on request. The property is completed by two private outdoor parking spaces available to guests. Guest access You will have access to the entire villa with garden and outdoor spaces. Other things to note There is private parking inside the property. Fire extinguishers and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors are also installed inside the property.
