Sam Gamgee has a special place in our hearts, so the hobbit hole he inspired is our favorite of the four: carefully crafted, elegantly appointed and as comfortable as any hobbit hole in the Shire or out of it! From the cozy loveseat by the wood stove to the sleigh bed with a sheer canopy, this place will transport you to Middle Earth. Second Breakfast is included! This is a true Bed and Breakfast, so put on the bathrobe and prepare to be pampered. And Mr. Frodo‘s room is right next door! The space Our hobbit holes are a short walk from the parking area near our family's home. It's close enough to deliver second breakfast hot to your room, but far enough to enjoy your privacy. They sit on top of a hill with a broad view of the oak trees and open pasture below. Please check out our other hobbit holes and choose your favorite! Guest access In addition to your own private hobbit hole, guests are welcome to wander the 40-acre property, keeping a respectful distance from our home and the other guest rooms.
