Perfect location for exploring. A total of around 50m² is available for you to develop freely. A cozy bedroom with a large double bed and enough storage space awaits you, as well as a stylish living room with a sofa bed and enough space for cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen with open dining area leaves nothing to be desired. If you want to eat out, you will find various restaurants for every taste in the immediate vicinity. Guest access Parking space right in front of the door, with your own entrance to the apartment. Other things to note We always strive to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible and ask you to treat the apartment and its inventory with care. Partying and smoking are not permitted anywhere in the property. Please report any damage to the apartment or inventory in writing. Violations will be punished with a contractual penalty of €100.00. Any damage caused and additional cleaning costs will be billed separately to the person responsible. The entrance area in front of the building is under video surveillance for security reasons.
