Same architect as the Flood Mansion, a major San Francisco landmark. REDECORATING IN PROGRESS. I can promise at least 13 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms 2 dining rooms, the living room, and two foyers. More may be available. If you need more, please just ask before you reserve. Overview: At least 24 beds can be provided, if arranged in advance. Spread over 19 bedrooms, they include 2 kings, 17 queens, and 5 twins. There are also vast common areas, on the first floor, and third floor. Second Floor : 9 bedrooms and four bathrooms. 1 bedroom has a king bed, while the others have queens. 1 bedroom has both a queen and a twin. Entry Floor (entered 1 flight of stairs from the driveway) - Kitchen, Vast Common areas and 5 bedrooms. 1 is huge, and has a King bed. The others have Queen beds. This floor also has massive common areas, including 2 big dining rooms, 2 foyers, a living room and a large kitchen. Top Floor - 5 bedrooms, all with queen beds. Plus large Common area with 5 twin beds, 2 full size "Klik Klak" sofa beds, and 2 big sofas comfortable for sleeping. And a cabinet with board games, puzzles and more. Basement Floor Bathroom: The basement has a full bathroom, with a shower. The basement is not pretty. Outdoors: There are vast, beautiful outdoor spaces, with several furnished areas, in which to enjoy the great many sunny days in Oakland (far sunnier than SF).
