Travel in comfort with kitchen equipment (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker), air conditioning, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival. You'll also be able to take advantage of fiber optics! Following your booking: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our flats up to your expectations, all our bookings are guaranteed via a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirming your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to check the validity of your bank card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident occurring in the flat, and does not result in your credit card being debited or blocked. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the flat will not be sent to you and your booking will not be refunded. This is shared accommodation! All cleaning costs are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T., for disabled workers, and Nettoyage Solidaire). Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases. If you bring your pet with you, we charge €12 incl. VAT/animal/day. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment Other things to note Online check-in is mandatory before 9:30 PM with ID card & Selfie Self-entry is available from 5:00 PM once checked in. To ensure a worry-free stay and maintain the quality of our accommodations, we reserve the right to request a security deposit in the form of a bank imprint (without debiting or blocking your card).
