Villa Adele is a stunning Mersoise house on 4 levels, completely renovated in 2022 in strict compliance with the recommendations of the Buildings of France. It is located 50 meters from the beach, offers a superb sea view and is divided into four apartments that offer maximum comfort while respecting the identity of the premises. You'll love the luxurious amenities and the impression of the Belle Epoque cocoon. The space Villa Adele has 4 independent units, on each floor is an apartment of approximately 40 m2: - Adele 1 - Ground floor: A sea view from the balcony and a nice patio, ideal for coffee or an aperitif! The apartment has a double bed with the possibility of isolating the sleeping area by closing curtains, a fully equipped open kitchen (no dishwasher), a bathroom with toilet and shower. The TV is smart (chromecast system). - Adele 2 - 1st floor: You will enjoy the sea view from the Bow Window. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, an equipped kitchen and a living room with a quality double sofa bed and a bathroom. - Adele 3 - 2nd floor: At the end of the day, enjoy a relaxing moment in the sauna and a small drink on the balcony, facing the sunset! The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed, an equipped kitchen open to the living room. In the living room you will find a quality sofa bed with two seats and a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The bathroom has a beautiful Italian shower, vanity, toilet and sauna. The TV is connected, you can use Chromecast, Netflix, Disney+ or Prime. - Adele 4 - 3rd floor: You will enjoy the very large bow-window offering beautiful sea views. The fully apartment has a bedroom with double bed, equipped kitchen and living room with quality double sofa bed and bathroom. In short? 4 new apartments with sea views each with a double bedroom (3 of them have a sofa bed in the living room with a real mattress). Great for a stay with a group while preserving its privacy! Parking is available in the street perpendicular to that of the villa, Rue du Maréchal Foch (paid from June 15 to September 15 and on weekends and holidays).
