The space As you enter Grant Place, you will be greeted by the beautiful features of the Art Deco era and a wonderful sense of space with large rooms and high ceilings. The living/dining room is bright and airy with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge and everything you need to prepare breakfast and a light lunch or dinner. The bedrooms are all tastefully decorated and designed for comfort. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the other bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a fold-out couch suitable to sleep a small child. All the bedrooms come with high-quality linens and ample space for your belongings. The bathroom is spacious and beautifully appointed, featuring a large bathtub and shower, as well as plush towels and complimentary toiletries. We also provide complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the house, as well as two TV’s for your entertainment. Outside, there’s off-street parking which comfortably fits two cars and access to the front yard and verandah area with an outdoor table setting for relaxing and watching the world go by.
