The house has a living area of 70m² and a roof solarium of 49m². The property is within walking distance of the village with several restaurants, bars and supermarkets. You enter the open-plan living area, which has a 2-person bedsofa. Wifi and smart TV are available. The modern kitchen is equipped with every luxury and comfort. The large windows at the front provide light and connection to the outdoor terrace from where you have a view of the pool. Windows throughout the house have shutters. There are 2 bedrooms. 1 with double bed and passage to the patio. The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds. There is also a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. There is air conditioning and ventilation in both bedrooms and living space. The outdoor areas flow nicely into each other . You can soak up the sun around the private plunge pool with hydromassage jets. After cooling off under the outdoor solar shower or after a beneficial hydromassage in the pool, you can take the stairs to have a drink on the terrace or walk through to the roofsolarium to enjoy the sun on the sun beds.
