Forget your worries in this very private and serene space, where you can listen to the sound of the loons and enjoy exploring our pristine and quiet lake. The house is modern and spacious, set on 11 acres of forest along the lake, with beautiful views and walks amidst lush nature - and yet is also easy accessible by car and equipped with everything you might need to spend time with family and friends, but also do some work if needed as we offer a separate office space with high speed internet. The house offers almost 4800 sq. ft. of space on three levels, with a finished basement serving as a gym and a library/den (table tennis set up, stationary recumbent bike, yoga mats, pool table, sleeper sofa for extra guests, TV, wood stove, fridge and hot/cold water dispenser.) The main level of the house offers open plan kitchen/dining/ living room with a fireplace, full bathroom with washer/dryer plus a separate small office with a desk and printer, and a three season room opening to a large deck with a grill and outdoor dining setup. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge, a dishwasher, gas stove plus an additional portable oven/air fryer; there is also an additional refrigerator in the garage. There is also a small patio off the kitchen, as well as the two front porches. The sofa in the living room can also be used as a sleeping arrangement for two extra guests as needed. The second floor offers the master bedroom with a king size bed and a futon armchair. It has a small balcony overlooking the lake and a bathroom with a large shower and a clawfoot tub. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and also has lake views. It shares a full bathroom (shower/tub combo) with the third bedroom which has two twin beds, and also overlooks the lake. There is ample storage on this level, as well as an additional twin bed in a transitional room leading to the master wing, perfect for families with children. Guests have the use of the whole house and there is plenty of parking in front of the house. The driveway continues as a path along the lake and offers a nice walk on the property, and is shared with only one neighbor who owns a small cabin at the very end of the path.
