Spring-fed Lake Ripley has a no-wake rule before 11am and after 7:30pm, allowing for kayaking, fishing and sailing on quiet waters during those times. The space The home is located on Lake Ripley, where summertime is busy with boating activity on the water. While off-season is quieter, there are plenty of people still living and working in the area. Guest access Experience lakefront living in a one bedroom unit with your own private entrance, allowing for complete privacy. You will also have access to this beautiful yard, 86 feet of shoreline and dock located on Lake Ripley. Other things to note Enjoy restful nights relaxing in the spacious living room and sleeping in a king size bed. A microwave, small refrigerator, coffee machine, and toaster oven are provided in the kitchenette. TV and Wi-Fi, of course. Beach towels, hairdryer, and basic toiletries are provided.
