Cosy place close to the centre

Cosy flat for one or two people close to the centre (15 minutes on foot) and even closer to the woods (5 minutes on foot). Tiny bedroom (bed 1.4 metres), big couch, fully equipped kitchen with dish washing and washing machine. Supermarkets in walking distance. No TV, instead many beautiful plants to take care of. Tiny balcony - not too quiet, unfortunately, but good to catch a little bit of fresh air. Parking spot and wifi available. The space 50 square metres in total with a little balcony to the South. Little bed room, average bathroom and a spacious living room with a half-open little kitchen. Guest access Whole flat :) Other things to note I’d be grateful if you’d water my plants if you rent the flat for more than a week :)
