South facing so sun all day!👌 The space Large spacious, modern villa with 3 bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom all with ensuite bathrooms. The principle suite is very large and has en-suite bathroom with double jacuzzi bath and large shower, both enjoy sea views. Separate walk in dressing room. Bed is 160 x 200 - AIRCON. Bedroom 2 has a double bed 140 x 190 and ensuite bathroom with bath/shower and mountain views - AIRCON. Bedroom 3 has a single bed 90 x 200 and smaller ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a downstairs toilet and also outside has an openair shower and toilet with amazing views! Downstairs is over 80m2, all open plan, kitchen is fully equipped, large inside dining table and L shaped sofa. TV has multi languages and is a smart TV. WIFI is fiber. Gas BBQ and amazing outdoor area offering shade during daytime and romantic setting in the evening! Steps lead down to the pool (approx 4m x 8m) and sunbathing terrace. There is also a chillout zone with 2 sofas and a little table under a pergola offering shade. Sunbeds can be moved around a little to enjoy the sun and a 4 poster bed made especially by the pool to help with the relaxing, holiday vibes! Plenty of different terraces and areas for people to find their own space! Private parking space for 1 car on shared driveway and extra parking on quiet road for 2nd car if needed. Situated in a very quiet location, very little passing cars due to no through road at the top of the hill. The villa is backing onto the national park but close enough to wak down to the town and beaches of Roses (15 minutes walk down, add 5-10 minutes extra coming back up). Perfect for families, nature lovers and anyone looking for the perfect place to unwind, disconnect and relax! This is our personal villa/home and we also have attached to the rear of the house a separate 1 bedroom apartment which is rented out to 2 people only and they have their own entrance and deck and no access to the pool or any of the villas private areas. We ask all guests to be respectful of each other and have never had any problems. Guest access Private pool, terraces etc is all private to the villa guests.
