Newly renovated home on quiet double cul-de-sac in the SW area of Springfield. Conveniently located off Hwy 60 behind beautiful Chesterfield Village, with easy to access any part of Springfield! Bordering the Trail of Tears and nearby the Greenway trails. Full fenced-in secluded backyard, with a 5 person lounger hot tub, gas grill, and even a blow up movie screen with projector, & games! The home is fully stocked with whatever you might need and host are nearby should you need to reach out! The space The home comfortably sleeps 6, with an additional cot (comfy mattress included) and a sleeping space on the couch. Primary Bedroom: - King Bed - Nightstands w charging ports - Tufted Bench - Attached Bathroom Second Bedroom: - Queen Bed - Bedside Table & Lamps Third Bedroom: - Trundle Bed w 2 twin mattresses - Bedside Table & Lamp - Office Space w 22” Monitor (HDMI, DVI) & Power Strip. Backyard: - Hot Tub w Lounger - Gas Grill & Utensils - Smart TV - Table & Seating - Outdoor Games - Hammock - Outdoor Essentials in Bench The bedrooms have extra linens available and storage for clothing in the closets. In the office space there’s an electric stand up desk, ergonomic chair, 22in monitor w HDMI cable, & power strip - all with extremely fast Wi-Fi! Climate control is easy with the Ecobee smart thermostat. Our kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances. The fridge makes craft ice among many handy features, the oven can cook convection & air fry, and the dishwasher has space for everything. There is also a blender, Keurig coffee machine, a few basics in the pantry, and all the cookware/utensils you need. The Maytag washer and dryer offer many modes and are easy to use. Hangers, an iron, and ironing board can be found in the laundry area. We’ve worked to provide a private and fun space out back. The gas grill is easy to use, and is under the covered portion of the patio. We treat our yard and home with pet friendly pest treatment, you can also find bug spray/citronella out back if you’d like. Blow up the movie screen and stream thru the projector, play yard games, or just relax in the Hot Tub! Control the lights via remote or use the newly mounted outdoor Smart TV, the backyard is a nice place to unwind. There’s also a few things for the kids. An infant/toddler bath is available, portable crib with bassinet, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and games for all ages. There’s also 2 outdoor seats for children. Small & Medium dogs welcomed, no more than 2. All dogs should be potty & house trained! Unattended dogs should be crated. Please help us keep our home clean for all guests. A pet fee of $50 will apply. Additional fees will apply for any damages. *No Smoking or vaping in the house of any kind. You may smoke or vape out back and please dispose of any waste properly. Guest access We’ll provide an access code for the front door before your stay and one garage door opener is available as well. Park in the cul-de-sac, driveway, or garage.
