The space Welcome to Annie’s Lodge, a comfortable one-bedroom flat located in the quiet community of Windsor Heights, just a few minutes uphill from St. Ann’s Bay. This self-contained flat is ideal for one or two guests seeking a clean, practical and relaxing stay. It includes one bedroom with a queen bed, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a cosy veranda where you can sit, unwind and enjoy the fresh air. Guests also have access to a washing machine and the essentials needed for both short visits and extended stays. The property is within easy reach of St. Ann’s Bay, supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and popular attractions in and around Ocho Rios. Guests may park securely inside the property or use the available street parking, whichever they prefer. Whether you are travelling for work, visiting family or enjoying a quiet getaway, Annie’s Lodge offers a peaceful and convenient home base in St. Ann. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire one-bedroom flat, garage and veranda. The entrance gate is shared with the other occupants of the premises, but the accommodation itself is private. Other things to note A prepaid system is used for the electricity. $2000 per day is allotted per stay. Any additional top up required will be bourne by the guests. Payment will be required before the power is restored. There is a separate one bedroom flat downstairs currently occupied by owner. The only shared amenity is the entrance gate onto the property. This is not a gated community. It is a housing scheme comprised of mostly retirees and working professionals. Our property is fenced and grilled. The housing scheme is not on the main road. It is just up the hill from the St. Ann's Bay town. You may google us to get a sense of exactly where you will be in proximity to everything else. Re: Towels, guests may opt to take their own towels or pay a $50 linen fee. Payment of the fee is required before check in.
