Our new private studio garage is located on a quiet & relaxing street about 1 mile from Venice Beach. The layout is spacious and clean designed for optimal relaxation. The sliding door overlooks the backyard and provides a nice breeze in evenings. Enjoy a full kitchen & cook your meals with ease saving money & creating intimate meal experiences. Kick your shoes off, grab a beverage of your choice and take in the sunsets from your home by the ocean. The space This space offers a full kitchen, two queen size beds, bathroom with shower, and Smart TV with Streaming Apps. Street parking just outside a private entry gate! Guest access You will have access to all the amenities within that garage as well as the fire patio seating. The backyard can be perfect to relax and get some sun! Other things to note Also our gardener will be doing his usual maintenance every other Saturday at 8am. We have two very friendly dogs, a Chihuahua & a fun loving ball fetching obsessed Collie mix.
