The space The property is located on a narrow stretch of barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. You will be away from the crowds, yet within 15 minutes from bars, restaurants, and shopping. The kitchens are fully equipped for cooking should you decide not to leave your beachfront oasis, grocery stores are nearby. The 5,500 sqf. gated home comfortably accommodates 12 people. There is ample closet space in each room, several smart TVs for your entertainment, good Wi-Fi. Beach gear and outdoor shower is available for your use. SPACE DETAILS: UPSTAIRS Master king suite overlooking the Atlantic, with private balcony, and the sound of the ocean. The sunrise views are breathtaking. Bathroom with jacuzzi tub and private balcony overlooking the Indian River and our signature fountain, with amazing sunset views. The living area upstairs will comfortably fit everyone in your party, dining table for 12 is in the same space. There is an island bar to show off your mixology skills. Our large balcony opening from the living room is great for evening cocktails and entertaining, sunbathing, dining, yoga . . . The kitchen is connected to the same space, and there is a ½ bath with double sink for your convenience. Elevator is available. DOWNSTAIRS Master king suite with stylish master bath, smart TV, with direct access to our billiard room. The billiard room has a bar and seating areas to lounge, also bar chairs to spectate the game. Our downstairs kitchen overlooks the back yard, it is a bright sunny space, with a dining table for 8 people. It is fully equipped, a great addition when you host large gatherings, you will enjoy the freedom of cooking and preparing food from two spaces flexibly. It is also convenient to access this space when you are spending the day on the beach or use it in combination with the outdoor grill that is right nearby. We have three more bedrooms downstairs. ~ A double queen bedroom overlooking the fountain has excellent sunset views and is a great home office space. ~ A second double queen bedroom, this is the coldest bedroom in case you like to sleep at low temperatures. ~ The third bedroom is a double twin that opens into the two adjacent rooms as well as into the billiard room. It is perfect for chilling or can be used as a bedroom. All rooms are quiet and peaceful, we selected a variety of mattresses to fit all needs. Our garage is converted into a ping pong / exercise area. House Rules: Only registered overnight guests are allowed on property. Additionally, we do not allow: Parties; Smoking on property; Open flames; Illegal drugs; Pets. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the property. Other things to note Your reservation will be final with Sunspace-Sands upon receipt of the signed Rental Terms and Conditions. Immediately after the booking process, you will be required to provide us with your e-mail address and phone number which we will use to complete the process via DocuSign. We also require proof of valid national identification and ask that you upload a front / back photo of the document to the AirBnB messaging platform.
