The space The rental includes the entire top floor of the residence and encompasses 30 acres situated next to Marshalls Creek. 2 bedrooms , 1 ¾ bathrooms, 1 queen and 1 full bed, full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Patio, WIFI, and TV. It's not ideal for young children due to safety concerns (stairs) . Please note there is a workspace located on the bottom floor (with a private entrance) that is locked off from the rental. Use of the workspace is limited to daytime hours a few days a week.
