Greenwood Studio

Our backyard studio is ready to welcome guests to the North Seattle neighborhood of Greenwood. We are just 6 miles from downtown and offer a quiet street, dining and neighborhood shopping nearby, and easy access to many of Seattle's great gems. The studio is 200 square feet, includes a queen size bed (pillow top mattress), a private bathroom, amenities, and located in our quiet well-maintained backyard. The space We have a cute private studio (with bathroom) in our backyard ready to invite guests! Located in North Seattle this area has everything nearby. The studio has a keyless entry, a house manual + guide book to look through, TV, coffee, plentiful street parking and many nearby activities. The Studio is 200 square feet of living space, best for 1 or 2 people traveling together. The bed is a plush pillow top mattress that is *queen size*-- it is very comfortable! Bed linens include cotton sheets, cotton pillows, and a down alternative comforter with duvets that get switched between guests. Extra blankets are in the small closet. We provide a mini fridge, microwave, tea, Keurig mini coffee maker (coffee pods provided) and creamers. An iron and pressing pad is in the small closet. Street parking is available and plentiful. We ask guests to park in front of our house, if possible. We maintain our large garden which has beautiful trees and spring flowers. All the neighbors on our street are friendly and may even say hello. Our studio is best for guests staying 2-7 nights. We cannot accommodate early checkins or luggage drop-off, please plan accordingly. Thank you for your interest!
